My stay at Albergo Firenze was quite enjoyable, thanks to its excellent location just steps away from iconic sites like the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my visit. However, the walls were a bit thin, making it challenging to get a good night's rest due to the noise from the street. Overall, I'd recommend it for those looking to explore Florence! 🌟😊
Rooms

I found the room clean and comfortable, but it was smaller and a bit darker than the pictures suggested. I also had a street-facing room, which was quite noisy during the night.

The staff were exceptionally nice and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth truly added to my experience.

The hotel's location was fantastic, allowing easy access to all major attractions. I could walk to the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio in just a few minutes.

Breakfast was decent, featuring a variety of options, but I did find some items could have been fresher. However, the atmosphere during breakfast was enjoyable.

The hotel had a charming, old-world feel, and I appreciated that it was open around the clock for late arrivals. There was also complimentary coffee and tea available, which was a nice touch.

My stay at Albergo Firenze had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, so close to major attractions like the Duomo. but the noise at night from the streets was quite bothersome. While the staff were friendly and the breakfast decent for the price, my room felt outdated and could have used a good refreshing. Overall, it offered good value for being right in the city center.
Rooms
5.0
My room was spacious, though a bit outdated and certainly in need of a refresh. It was clean, but the air conditioning was not very efficient, and I could hear quite a bit of noise from outside. The bathroom was tiny, which made things a bit cramped.
Service
7.0
The staff were warm and welcoming, especially the nighttime receptionist who provided great dining recommendations. However, I did experience some issues with housekeeping that made my stay slightly less comfortable.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is its strongest point. Being just steps away from the Duomo and nestled among shops and restaurants made exploring Florence incredibly convenient.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast was decent with a variety of pastries and yogurt, though nothing extraordinary compared to all the amazing cafes nearby. It met my needs but left room for improvement.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had its quirks, like tiny elevators and a somewhat maze-like staircase, but it still felt charming. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was a nice perk.

My stay at Albergo Firenze was quite pleasant. The location is absolutely superb, just a stone's throw from major attractions. The staff were helpful, ensuring my experience was comfortable. However, I did encounter some noise at night due to the lively city streets, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.
Rooms

The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. It was well-maintained, although the noise from the street was quite noticeable during the early hours. The air conditioning worked well, providing relief from the heat.
Service

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I appreciated the night-time receptionist's recommendations for local dining options, which contributed to a good culinary experience during my stay.
Location
10.0
Being located in the city center made it effortless to walk to all the key sights, including the Duomo. However, it does mean that the streets can get noisy at night, so that's something to consider if you're sensitive to sound.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast had a decent variety, including pastries and cereals, providing a good start to the day. While it wasn't extravagant, it was satisfactory for a three-star hotel.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offered a charming atmosphere that reflected its historical background. Although the elevators were quite small, the overall facilities were adequate for our needs. I appreciated the option to leave luggage before check-in and after check-out.

I had a fantastic stay at Albergo Firenze! The location was unbeatable, just a few blocks from the Duomo, making it easy to explore the historic center. My room was clean and comfortable, although a bit small, which is typical for European hotels. The only downside was that the windows faced a wall, limiting the view. But overall, it was a great value for the price.

My room was spotless and comfy, but a bit on the smaller side. The decor had that charming vintage vibe. The cleaning staff was really on top of it, so I felt right at home.

The location couldn't have been better! Just a short walk to major attractions like the Duomo. I loved being able to explore the city easily without needing to drive.
Dining

Breakfast was decent with a variety of options, but I wouldn’t say it was mind-blowing. Still, it did the job for a quick meal, though I do wish they had a barista instead of just drip coffee.

Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and I found it convenient to leave my luggage before check-in, which allowed me to explore without being burdened by my bags.
